• Read and accepted
• The shooting range needs brush cut, rocks moved, and a general cleaning. Volunteers would be appreciated.
• A 10,000 watt generator has been purchased at a cost of $2199.00 from Lowe’s.
• The generator shed has been worked on by Romeo, John DiMambro, and Kevin Fortin. Completion of the shed will continue immediately upon pick-up of the new generator.
• Romeo will be installing a hot air heating system.
• The St. Thomas Knights of Columbus, Sanford, Maine is requesting donations or raffle items to help with Christmas gifts for families this coming season.
• The BOD has requested an annual treasurer’s audit. More information will be given and auditors will be selected at the October meeting.
• Applications for new memberships approved by BOD for vote:
• Attendance of officers and BOD members was discussed and will be monitored.

• Sales -- Sales in tickets and clothing totaled $912.00 at the Acton Fair. Romeo will be turning over $1729.00 to Jeanie which includes the monies received from the fair, membership fees, and ticket sales turned in at the August and September meetings.

• Postal Mail – – Mail needs to be picked up at the post office on a regular basis.
• Traveler Insurance – – Travelers Insurance was due to be paid on September 9th but the mail hadn’t been obtained. This will be rectified immediately.
• Memeber Bill Submitted –- Romeo has submitted a bill for reimbursement of $190.53. This is a collection of receipts from stamps, making additional raffle tickets and parts for the work on the shed.

• New Geerator – – The generator purchased at Lowe’s had a faulty output. It is being replaced with a new one and is due to be picked up Monday
• Hot Air Funace –- Romeo will be installing the 2005/100,000 BTU gas hot air heater with a power vent. Anyone willing to help with installation please call Romeo at his home: 207-793-2046.
• Newsletters –- There is still an issue with the newsletters not being received by mail or posted on the internet. Romeo and Sandra updated the outdated newsletters and mailed them from a different post office. Romeo will contact Will and Tim with regard to the web site to get it up and running, and up to date. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to resolve this matter.
• Misprinted Tickets –- There was a misprint on the gun raffle tickets. The pig roast is on September 19th, NOT the 26th. The raffle will be held on the 19th, the same day as the pig roast.
• Remaining Tickets –- Please send in any additional tickets to be purchased prior to the pig roast.
• Christmas Party –- The Christmas party is at 7:00 pm on December 12th NOT December 2nd. Please make note of this.

• Generator Shed –- The generator shed has been made as secure as possible. Work will continue on it once the generator is in it.
• Front gate –- Romeo, John D. and Kevin F. repaired the front locking gate.
• Range Cleaning – – The shooting range needs to be cleaned. Volunteers are needed.
• New Target Frames – - Romeo made several new target frames and stands. They are at the range.
• Club Security – - Frank Covie spoke about security for the club. A motion was passed for $150.00 to be allotted for signs that will be purchased by Frank.
• New Members –- Members voted and approved 3 new individual and 2 new family memberships into the club.
