Club Auction - Saturday July 14th

This is our biggest fund raising event of the year. We will be setting up Friday afternoon/evening at the clubhouse and then do some final setup Saturday morning. The auction starts at 9:00AM and runs until we have sold everything we have. WE COULD USE PEOPLES HELP. Please come by and help auction things off, deliver items to those with the winning bid (runners), cook, cleanup, etc. Contact Romeo Fortin (207-793-2046) or Tim Corbin (207-793-4512) with questions.

Committee Reports

Annual Raffle - We continue to sell tickets and have plenty available for sale. See any club officer or Board member for more tickets

Club Auction - Saturday July 14th with a rain date of the 21st. 

Gun Show - Huge success - thanks to everyone who helped out at this event. Special thanks to the Morrisons for putting this event together. We did not have an Gun Show in 2006, and if it was not for Jean & Gary we would not have had the event this year.  

Old Business

Trailer Overhang Enclosement  - We will tackle this project on Saturday July 28th. Romeo Fortin is coordinating the work weekend activities.

Pistol Courses  - Concealed weapons course is scheduled for Women on August 4th. We need two more women for the event. Contact Frank Covie if you are interested.

Kitchen   - Romeo finished the exhaust fans and Chris finsished the cabinet doors - Things look great - thanks!

New Business

-- Please pick up after yourself when you use the rifle range. We are finding a lot of brass on the ground of late - and even found some live rounds. PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOURSELVES.
