Gun Show - 6/28 - 6/29 - Action Fair Grounds -
Please come by and help out with this event. Friday 6/27 setup, Sat & Sunday
event and Sunday cleanup! This a a big fund raising event for the club so please
come by and help us out if you can.
July Meeting is the second Friday of July - 7/11 - due the first Friday of July being July 4th.
June Meeting Highlights
- Early Bird Raffle won by Laurette Johnson
- Secretary's report read and accepted
- Treasurer's report read and accepted.

Valve on the water system needs to be replaced - until then the water has not been
turned on. Romeo has the part and he will install when he gets a chance.
- Committee Reports
- Gun Show - 24 tables sold so far and we expect a few more. We need help changing the dates
on the signs and getting them put out. We also need help distributing flyers and
setting things up. Tim C will get a few club tables and chairs over to the Fair
grounds Friday night. We will work on who can be there on Friday night for the table
delivery and the setup for the dealers. Tim will also run the kitchen Fri/Sat.

Raffle - we are behind this year on raffle ticket sales - we have received
very few back in the mail from members. Please send your ticket purchaces back in.
We also have not purchased the second place prize yet (gas grille) - we need to
soon because prices are going up.

Auction - Trailer is half full - we have enough for the event but we could
use more - please drop off what you can. The event is 7/19 with a rain date of 7/26.

Conservation School - We are sponsoring Annie and Quinn Averill at the
camp this year

Work weekend - Small turnout but alot was done. Club grounds are looking
much better after such a harsh winter. We will schedule another work weekend soon.

Turkey Shoot - Laurie DiMambro cleaned up again this year thanks to Kevin
Mohan's accurate shotgun!

2009 we will determine if we send out raffle tickets with the newsletters - we only
receive a small percentage of them back
