  • Recognize Richard Joiner for his many years of service to the club. Richard is retiring from MSAD 57 in June and moving to Florida. Jean Morrison will take over the Teasurer duries from the remainder of the year. 
  • Heater - New board member Bob McHugh has a heater he will sell to the club for $250 and will install it for free.
  • Conservation Camp - received two applications for this years camp. Deadline is May 15th for additional applications.
  • Committee Reports
  • Gun Show - Event is shaping up for June 28-29 at the ACton Fair Grounds. We have 18 tables rented. Flyers are all printed up and ready to go out. We need help for the event - Contact Jean and Gary Morrison (207-447-8483)
  • May 17th - Club work weekend. We have a lot of cleanup to do at the club after a tough winter. Please come by and help out if you can - Contact Romeo Fortin (793-2046) or Shaun Mohan (603-522-6532) for details.

  • Conservation camp discussion - essay's from interested Children need to be in by 5/15. We have two already.

  • Discussion around use of the club by members - example gun classes. Anyone requesting the use of the club for such purposes needs to work around the club calendar, and must get all their events listed on the club calendar.
  • Jean Morrison will take over the Teasurer responsibilities for the remainder of the year - but she will not run for the position in December. We are looking for someone to run for the position.

  • We need items for the auction - it is comming up fast and the trailer is only partially full.
